Holiday cottage prices

The holiday cottage is rated 3 stars.
In all season, our prices for the holiday cottage are :

Minimum of 3 days booking : 490€

Week booking : 990€
Booking from friday to friday, 10% of discount by extra week booked.

Are included in the renting :

• all charges (water, electricity, gaz, heating, bins)
• bed and toilet linen (beds are done at your arrival),
• the house cleaning.

Conditions of booking

Dog

Your dog is accepted on the condition of our approval.
Ther is an extra fee of 5€/day for the dog.

Contract and deposit

Booking is final on reception of the signed contract and
of the 25% deposit of the total amount of the renting.

Full payment

Full payment has to be done 20 days before day of arrival.

Garuantee

A guaranee of 500€ has to be given not later than the day of arrival.
This gurantee will be given back in a month after leaving.

Cancelation

No cancelation is possible except on a written and mutual agreement.
All renunciation has to be payed in full.
